CH. Ripsnorter's Arletta

"Arletta" graced our lives for only a short time. She finished her championship by winning Best in Sweepstakes, Best of Winners and Best in Futurity for three 5 point majors at three GWP Specialty shows. She was only Specialed twelve times and was the #2 GWP for 1989. Unfortunately she was taken from us before she was 18 months old by being poisoned so we never saw her true potential. It was a devastating loss for our family and for the breed.

"Storm" started his career very young.  He truly followed in his grandfathers("Duff") footsteps, not just in his winnings but his conformation and movement. Another amazing ride, at least this time we were more educated and knew what an amazing dog he was and what we were doing.

"Huckleberry" was our first black and white to try the show ring. We have had many black and whites before but he was so correct for the breed we had to try to finish him. He finished with very limited showing taking Best of Breed over top Specials several times and winning a Group 1..

" Chic" was nothing less than a truly enjoyable GWP. She went to her first show EVER at 8 months and went Best of Breed over Specials all four days and finished that very weekend. That was fun but what next? Let's try everything. A little specialing, some agility and some field work. "Chic" enjoyed every minute and did great at all of it except for being a bit overzealous at times and messing herself up.

"Chic's" career stats:

OGWPC Specialty 2000 Best of Breed

OGWPC Specialty 2000 Best in Sweeps

2000 GWPCA National Best in Futurity

CH Ripsnorter’s Defying Gravity NA1

“Lola" was everything we ever wanted in a solid liver. She was an exquisite mover and had a lovely body. She was built to run all day and always did. Lola was Hadley’s first dog of her own. She trained and showed her and they got to grow up together. Lola was the absolute best dog you could ever have asked for and was best friends with her girl. She produced many exceptional pups and has been part of Hadley’s foundation of Ripsnorter as she is now the Great Grand-dam of our current generation.
